29 and 30 of April 2023 - Shaft loom weaving workshop intermediate level - PRESENTIAL

On the 29th and 30th April we will receive Guida Fonseca to guide a 16h workshop for those looking to expand their knowledge in weaving to more complex areas.

Over this weekend, we will explore 3 different themes, which will allow the beginner weaver to learn about various possibilities for expanding their work on a frame loom. We will learn about double weaves, overshoots and the making of sample flags. 

One of the aims of this workshop is to help those already working in weaving explore areas of interest with the guidance of Guida Fonseca, so depending on the interests of the participants, more themes and techniques will be covered.

With decades of experience in professional training in the area of Tapestry and Weaving, Guida Fonseca stands out not only for her vast knowledge within the theme of textile fibers but also for being an advocate of well-structured and quality technical knowledge. Establishing a solid base for continuous learning.
